As part of our overall conversion to a new data processing system, the Ukrainian FCU Audio Response menu options have also changed. The system has been updated with additional features including an option to transfer to a UFCU Member Representative at any time during the menu. You can access the new system directly by calling toll free 1-866-791-1018 or by calling UFCU at 1-877-968-7828 and choosing option 8. We are also working on a Ukrainian language version of the Audio Response system to be made available in the very near future. Our goal is to provide convenient, beneficial, and valuable services for all our UFCU members. We will make every effort to achieve that goal. If you have not signed up for the Audio Response service, this is the time to do it!
